DAY 2 … Breakfast, and we travel into Washington, DC to the newest and most inspirational attraction that the city has to offer… THE MUSEUM OF THE BIBLE.   The 430,000-square-foot Museum of the Bible of eight floors features 40-foot-tall bronze doors at the entrance to the roof-top garden and everything in-between.  It will provide guests with an immersive and personalized experience as they explore the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible, with an unparalleled experience, using cutting-edge technology to bring the Bible to life. It will span time, space, and cultures, inviting everyone to engage with the Bible. With three permanent sections and space for temporary exhibits, there will always be something new to explore. In mid-afternoon we depart for Lancaster, Pennsylvania for a 2 night stay.  Dinner is included at the Dutch Apple Theatre, followed by a fun and up-beat Broadway musical.  (B,D)

DAY 3 … Breakfast and this morning a local guide shows us around this interesting and inspirational part of America. You will witness fertile farmlands, homes with no electricity, and clothes hanging out to dry on this morning Amish Tour of these simple people who deny themselves the luxury of modern life as part of their faith.  Lunch stop at the Kitchen Kettle before we take our seats at the Sight N Sound Theatre for the highlight of our trip north … the newest mega production of “QUEEN ESTHER”.  This is beautiful musical on stage that portrays a Jewish girl taken away from her homeland who becomes queen of a foreign empire. Her faith and support of her people in captivity is an inspirational narrative. After the show, we take our seats to feast on a delicious Amish dinner at one of the local Amish restaurants.    (B,D)
