HIGHLIGHTS:    Bible Museum in DC, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre Musical,  Production of “JESUS”at Sight N Sound Theatre,  American Music Theatre Show, Lee Chapel,  Shenandoah Valley … 8 meals


     This trip features musical shows, a visit to the new Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC, and the inspiration of the stage production of "JESUS” in Lancaster, PA.    Regardless of your denomination or religious preference, this trip will have something for everyone.


DAY 1 ... Our group departs and travels thru Georgia and the Carolinas to Virginia. Overnight and we enjoy our Welcome Dinner to get acquainted with our new travel friends. (D)

DAY 2 ... Breakfast, and we travel into Washington, DC to the newest and most inspirational attraction that the city has to offer… THE MUSEUM OF THE BIBLE.   The 430,000-square-foot Museum of the Bible of eight floors features 40-foot-tall bronze doors at the entrance to the roof-top garden and everything in-between.  It will provide guests with an immersive and personalized experience as they explore the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible, with an unparalleled experience, using cutting-edge technology to bring the Bible to life. It will span time, space, and cultures, inviting everyone to engage with the Bible. With three permanent sections and space for temporary exhibits, there will always be something new to explore. In mid-afternoon we depart for Lancaster, Pennsylvania for a 2 night stay.  Dinner is included at the Dutch Apple Theatre, followed by the fun and up-beat Broadway musical of “GREASE”.  (B,D)

DAY 3 … Breakfast and this morning is highlighted by some great entertainment at the American Music Theatre… SONGS OF THE SILVER SCREEN.  Enjoy a live performance from the AMT cast and band as they pay tribute to the biggest hits from movies past and present.   You should recognize cinematic songs made famous by icons such as: Elvis Presley, Julie Andrews, Bette Midler, Rosemary Clooney, Barbra Streisand, John Williams and plenty more.  Lunch stop at the Kitchen Kettle before we take our seats at the Sight N Sound Theatre for the highlight of our trip north … the production of "JESUS".  This is the action-packed musical stage adventure that takes you on a miraculous journey alongside the most famous person to ever walk the earth, and the everyday people whose lives he changed forever. After the show, why not feast on a delicous Amish dinner at one of the local Amish restaurants.    (B,D)

DAY 4 ... Breakfast, & our journey continues as we travel down the Shenandoah Valley. The group will experience one more special sight that should inspire … THE LEE CHAPEL at Washington & Lee University.  Later it's on to Roanoke, where we will spend our last night and celebrate with a special Farewell Dinner. DAY 5 ... Breakfast, & we continue our journey south, down Fancy Gap and across the Carolinas to our homes, with fond memories of a fantastic and inspirational travel experience. (B)
