JUN 9… Our exciting adventure begins as we travel across the Carolinas and begin to climb our way into the mountains of West Virginia.  Our overnight is the town of Beckley, where we enjoy a Welcome Dinner mountain breezes. (D)

JUN 10… WARTHER MUSEUM … We drive over the New River Bridge, tallest single arch bridge in America, with a picture stop, before continuing along mountain roads. Crossing the Ohio River, we leave the mountains and enter the rolling hills and farms of Ohio, prime lands for the Amish people.  In Dover, visit the Warther Museum, where Master Carver Ernest Warther presents a display of hand-carved wonders.  Using only his knife, file, and native ingenuity, he has carved the history of steam locomotives, ivory collections of Great Events in American History, and being a great admirer of Abraham Lincoln, at the age of 80 carved an 8 foot ebony and ivory replica of the Lincoln Funeral Train.  You will have a chance to stroll through the Swiss-style flower gardens and visit Mrs. Warther’s Button House, a collection of 73,000 buttons arranged in beautiful designs.  We spend 2 nights in the Amish Country in a charming country inn with dinner at a local restaurant. JUN 11… OHIO AMISH … This morning begins our narrated tour of the Amish Country of Ohio ..Lehmans Hardware, an institution in the heart of the county that is a meeting place for both “plain and fancy” people alike. We visit the markets, see the farms, stop at a cheese factory for samples, and tour the picturesque villages that dot the countryside.   This evening is a quite a treat, as we dine on an Amish Farm, with local entertainment. (B,D)

JUN 12 … Breakfast and we travel across Ohio to the town of Petersburg, Kentucky. It is here that we tour the CREATION MUSEUM, featuring “Answers in Genesis”, as the complex narrates and explores the creation narrative in the Bible. Tonight is special as we enjoy dinner in the Chart House overlooking  the Ohio River and Cincinnati.  (B,D)

JUN 13 … Breakfast and we travel past Lexington, KY, to Williamstown. Not far from here is the amazing ARK ENCOUNTER, with Noah’s Ark. This is the centerpiece of this inspirational location that exhibits a full scale model from the Genesis Flood narrative… 510 ft long, 85 ft wide, and 81 ft high. Witness animals, exhibits, and be intrigued by the size of the Ark as you walk aboard. Traveling into the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee for our last night, our group enjoys a Dinner and Show in Pigeon Forge for an entertaining way to end our trip. (B,D)

JUN 14 … Breakfast and we make our way through the Smoky Mountains, and continue to Dillard, Georgia with lunch at the fabulous DILLARD HOUSE.  Later we return home after a wonderful trip. (B,L)
